Design

Dynamometric vertical balancing machine with permanent calibration, operated manually. The machine complies with SAE standards (SAE ARP 4048): rotor support on the thrust bearing, microprocessor-controlled measurement unit and optional protective cover (class B or C) are designed specifically for the balancing process in the aerospace industry.

The machines are equipped with end and/or belt drive.

A wide range of accessories is available.

Range of applications

The HL series balancing machines with thrust bearings are specifically designed for balancing turbines and compressors in aerospace production and repair shops.

The modular design allows many balancing tasks to be performed by replacing standard components, e.g. by supporting the rotor with a shaft journal on roller bearings.

Design

Dynamometric vertical balancing machine with permanent calibration, operated manually.

Welded machine housing. The balancing unit is based on a dynamometer system with highly sensitive electrodynamic transducers, precision balancing spindle and an electric drive.

Control panel with microprocessor measuring unit. Protective cover according to ISO 7475.

Range of applications

Measurement and correction of unbalance in one or two planes for each compressor and turbine disk, struts, etc. in a jet engine. The VE series has been designed for rotors that are only balanced in one plane. These devices are used during production and in repair workshops. They are characterized by easy change to a different type of rotor by replacing the adapter and selecting the appropriate rotor file.

Design

Electronic scale mounted on a plate with a built-in lifter.

The weight indicator mounted on the edges of the knife ensures friction-free operation. The device has oil damping, a load cell measuring system and a processor-controlled measuring unit (with digital display), thanks to which high weighing accuracy and repeatability are ensured.

A flange adapter is included to attach the blade adapter.

Single-axis or bi-axis type depending on the application and blade type.

Range of applications

Determination of the radial, axial and tangential moments of jet engine blades to estimate mass and center of gravity.

Used for testing and quality control.

Thanks to the use of the optional BLADIS 4 blade distribution system, it is possible to accurately determine the position of the blade in the equipment.
